What We Can Do for You
NPI & Sample Part Development
We can offer a fast track service for NPI and development products. We have a dedicated team that specialises in NPI. Typical lead times can vary from 1 - 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the components.
Multi-Axis Machining
We pride ourselves in having the latest CNC multi-axis technology with some machines having 10-axis capability. This allows us to produce components in one operation with high efficiency. Size ranges from 0.5mm up to 70mm in diameter.
CNC Milling
We have 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC capability which are capable of machining tough materials such as Inconel, Titanium and high Nickel based materials.
Inspection
Using the latest optical inspection technology and CMM's, this allows us to measure parts more frequently with a high degree of accuracy.
